The idea of the retreats is for a holistic approach.
You will stay with us in our Shepherd Huts or Cottage on either a 2 or 3 night stay & we provide a nutritious Breakfast for the mornings too.
We will bring all the Guest Speakers, Workshops & Exercise classes here as an inclusive package.
The first of the retreats will be available early summer. We are finalising all the details at the moment. We use local businesses who will provide you with an amazing experience.
