The Cottage

The Cottage has 2 bedrooms and can sleep 4 people and 1 infant. Perfect for a couple or small family. Parking is available for 1 car outside the cottage. 

Open plan living and kitchen area, separate dining room seating 6. 

Kitchen is perfect for short or longer stays, you will find everything needed here. 

The living room is cosy yet spacious, with enough seating for 4 guests. A small workspace is also available if you need to do a little bit of work. However this is discouraged, its your holiday! Time to relax. A beautiful log burner will help with that on winter nights, keeping you super toasty. 

The master bedroom is extremely spacious with a panelled wall in deep green, with down like pillows and duvet. Enjoy a king sized bed, dressing table, hair dryer, full length mirror and chest of drawers. A great space to unwind after a long day exploring the beautiful Sussex countryside.

The second bedroom has 2 6ft single beds, full length mirror and a chest of drawers. A great sized bedroom for children to stay in. A travel cot can be provided if you are travelling with an infant. 

The bathroom has been modernised with a double width shower and rain shower head, complimentary eco products are provided. This definitely saves some space in your washbag.

The holiday home has its own garden, lawned area and 2 patios. One patio and gravelled area has seating for alfresco dining and a BBQ for our guests to enjoy during the warmer months.

We live in the main house next door. 

As we have livestock in our fields we regret no pets are allowed. Please stay within the cottage garden, we do use farm machinery.
